Reports from Previous Tours

SMK Bandar Damai Perdana
The first mission was a success! Upon arrival, there were representatives to welcome us. The students eagerly helped to bring in the equipments and we were greeted by Puan Shameem. Due to certain technical difficulties, the presenters proceeded without the slides.

Students were very engaged and responsive during the BLS presentation and practical sessions. Most were participative as some already have knowledge regarding BLS techniques. The feedback received was that most of the students and the teachers were happy with the overall outcome. We look forward to heading to SMK BDP again!

SMK Seri Kembangan, Cheras
The second school mission was also a triumph. The students were very friendly and cooperative. Not to forget the trainers who had done their very best in providing the knowledge on BLS and First Aid to the school students. It is very important to break the ice as it makes the students more comfortable and approachable.

For the next school mission, trainers should keep up with their great work in making this BLS TST a success and nationally known.

SMK Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Sepang
Even though there we re a lot of obstacles faced by the team during the third mission, the team still managed to conduct it smoothly and achieved the objectives. The team was welcomed by the teachers and almost immediately, everyone felt at home.
Initially, there were a few challenges regarding the PA systems and a few other difficulties; but the program was continued smoothly thereafter.

Setbacks were quickly overcome during the practical part of the BLS, with students being offered the chance to actively engage in the handling of the equipments used for training. The students' responses were very encouraging based on the survey conducted at the end of the program. The team's morale was also lifted during the First Aid module as there were positive interactions between the facilitators and the participants. Most of the participants enjoyed having friendly facilitators helping them further understand the concept and practicality of First Aid module.
